Common questions
Is there an Android version?
Not at launch. Ulam v1 is iOS-only. Android is on the roadmap for v2.
Will my data sync to the cloud?
Not in v1. Ulam stores everything locally on your phone. We are evaluating optional cloud sync for v1.5.
How do I back up my data?
Your data is included in your iCloud device backup automatically. v1.1 will add an explicit .ulam export so you can save a portable copy.
I lost my recipes after switching phones. What now?
Restore from your iCloud device backup; Ulam's data is included. If that fails, email us at hello@ulam.ph. We'll do our best to help.
Refunds?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. See Apple's refund process.
